Choose To Move is a free 12-week physical activity program for women. The program shows women how to move to choose...by being physically active, eating healthfully, loving their body, selecting nutritious foods and taking time for themselves. Just Move is an online tool to help people begin or continue an exercise program. The main purpose of the site is to give viewers key information about physical activity. The site also contains resources for more health information and an Exercise Diary so you can track your progress each day. Search Your Heart is a faith-based program for heart health and stroke prevention. It is informative, interactive and fun and can help every member of your faith-based organization learn and develop healthy lifestyle habits. Train To End Stroke is a marathon training program for people of all fitness levels. Participants raise money, then train to run or walk a half or full marathon in such exotic locations as Jamaica, Walt Disney World in Florida or Kona, Hawaii. Participants are provided with an experienced coach who will take them through a four- to five-month training program.
