Martial Arts Classes (Fall/Winter Schedule) 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Youth and Adults 5 yrs. and Older Alkebu-do Martial Arts system offers an Afrikan-centered approach to conditioning the mind and body. The Alkebu-do system provides all the components of a well rounded fitness program: aerobic exercise, flexibility and strength training. Alkebu-do Martial Arts emphasize the mental (education and learning), moral (good character and citizenship) and martial (self-defense, physical fitness, and healthy lifestyle). The confidence and discipline learned in the martial arts support our students In other areas of their lives, including academic achievement and citizenship.
